Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GroomWork, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using GroomWork on behalf of a business, you agree to these terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use GroomWork.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing settings; changes take effect at the start of the next billing period unless stated otherwise.

Prices for the Free, Solo, and Salon plans are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

All GroomWork subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior period.

You agree not to misuse GroomWork — including attempting to disrupt the service, access data that isn't yours, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the content and client data you store.

We work hard to keep GroomWork available and reliable, but the service is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We provide support through the channels listed on our contact page.

To the extent permitted by law, GroomWork is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GroomWork after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
